Israel Visit 17 - 28 November 2005

Since her first visit to Israel in May 2004, Renee and I had been wanting to visit more friends there, experience more of the country, and pick up more Hebrew language.

The last weekend in July we decided to make use of her Thanksgiving holiday to do so. I found relatively cheap tickets, and bought 2.

Mike Clayton, minister friend, decided in September to join us, especially to experience the Negev. A month later first timer Joanne Benton, friend in Anderson, also decided to join us.

So the 4 of us rented a car and drove around the country, visiting friends, experiencing the land, and analyzing the potential for future visits and work there.
